UPDATE (9/25): Cause Placement has made the tough decision to postpone #EntertainingGood 2013. Please click here for more info.

We are excited to announce that Conscious is joining Cause Placement this October to kick-off Entertaining Good, the exclusive annual event designed for causes and charities to integrate with entertainment brands and content. The team at Cause Placement also share our philosophy of the best way to begin inspiring change is to start by changing the conversation and begin focusing on what really matters. According to Cause Placement, Entertaining Good is not a conference, but a conversation.

This year, Entertaining Good will expand with more networking with top industry leaders, more collaboration through break-out sessions, and more opportunities to authentically and accurately place your mission into entertainment content.

From rapid-fire innovation sessions to behind-the-scenes case studies to intimate breakout sessions with those who make the decisions, Entertaining Good is created for the non-profit and charity executive looking to go beyond galas and red-carpets to extend their mission and deepen their engagements with donors and supporters.

With an all-star lineup of entertainment and cause industry leaders, this year’s Entertaining Good event will take the conversation to a new level – one that provides the pros, cons and realities to developing cause entertainment alliances and integration. Some of the speakers include: Chidi Achara of Cole Haan, Alex Collins of Invisible Children, Tony Hale of Arrested Development, Dale Partridge of Sevenly, Jason Rzepka of MTV, Amber J. Lawson of Comedy Gives Back, and more.

Conscious is excited to host “Conscious Conversations” throughout the event with some of the guests speakers and attendees to talk about developing collaborations, developing the right celebrity fit for your cause, bringing your brand to life through film & documentaries, learning about the inside realities and results behind campaigns like DC Entertainment and Warner Brothers Entertainment’s “We Can Be Heroes” campaign, and so much more. We will be live tweeting and sharing from the event, and so follow our updates on Twitter and Instagram (@cmagazine and #ConsciousLive).
