Nora Gherbi is the Founder of Who Cares!? Chronicles. Nora worked as a senior trade and investment advisor when she decided to launch the caring initiative. Throughout her career, Nora has met and worked with several C Level Executives, Presidents and CEOs providing International development strategies. She rapidly saw a gap in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and decided to research the subject. In 2008, Who Cares!? was born with the objective to create and promote a new leadership role within the corporate world: the Chief Care Officer

She engaged in a dynamic exchange with experts and various organizations from around the world and learned how to coordinate CSR efforts to deliver greater benefits to society and corporations. She hosted CSR seminars and workshops providing an exchange platform for various New York based executives and corporations. Participants learned how to: design and execute a focused strategy, integrate innovative CSR efforts across an organization, identify a preferred charity or foundation to associate with, gain support for CSR initiatives, and measure their impact

Nora is on the advisory board of various non-for-profit organizations and several tech and fashion companies. She is also a contributing writer for c magazine where she frequently features chief care officers in various fields.
