Entrepreneur or not, most of us desire to pursue exciting and promising projects. When pursuing such projects, we naturally desire the confidence that we‛re moving in the right direction because when things are flowing smoothly and happening easily, those are signs that we're on the right track.

But what about when it feels you’re like you’re not on the right track, but instead on a long uphill climb.

Do you listen to your inner voice or have you learned to ignore it in place of logic or what others tell you? Are you constantly looking to someone else to validate you? Amidst all of these common fears, confusion, and doubts, how do you turn on the flow of the creative entrepreneurial process and stay true to your intuition?

01 | Slow Down
First, we should recognize that we are a society in our heads where most of us are so busy trying to accomplish the million things on our to do lists. At this point, it’s of the utmost importance to take time to just get quiet, breathe, and center yourself. This will make listening to your gut and following your instinct that much easier. At the end of the day, we are intuitive creatures, so, instead of using your head, let your intuition guide.

02 | Invite Communication
If something does not feel right to you, then simply explore that. You’ll find that your projects will flow better when you opening up the space to communicate your feelings and really pay attention to the conversations you have when you listen to your gut.

03 | Unapologetically Trust
Once we communicate with others and ourselves, we build trust. By trusting ourselves it will help us through difficult times with grace. Instead of looking to everyone else for an answer, make space to hear that inner voice.

I leave you with one simple and practical idea: schedule quiet time on your calendar. The more you slow down, the more you notice synchronicity, the more you will recognize how to use those moments to align with what it is you’re ready to go after.
